The new DZL series steam boiler is single pot cylinder vertical type water and fire tube shell boiler, and the burning equipment is chain grate. The coal steam boiler supply the water cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace for the radiation heating surface, the two wings of the furnace for the convection heating surface. The tube is arranged in the convective heating surface of threaded smoke tube, the furnace wall is made of a new technology of integral pouring and ramming of heat-resistant concrete, and the outer side of the boiler main engine is a three-dimensional protective plate shell. The overall structure of the boiler body adopts the form of the upper cylinder, the water wall tube and the collection box arranged symmetrically. The cylinder is welded by the cylinder body and the front and back tubesheet.
The boiler is a single cylinder longitudinal arrangement of three return water and fire tube boiler. Both sides of the furnace are equipped with light pipe water cooling walls and a group of smoke pipes are arranged in the airfoil flue and the drum. The boiler is equipped with drum, induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, equipment using small scale grate, fuel combustion. The series of steam boiler fuel vibration feeding machine vibration feed, after the flame through the back wall to the burning chamber, up the airfoil flue, and then through the front smoke box screw pipe, and then through the energy saver (optional), air preheater (optional), dust collector and then from the induced draft fan to the chimney atmosphere.
Coal steam boiler supply both the front and back arches are supported by water-cooled wall pipes. The back arch is low and long, and the outlet section is anti inclined. The front arch Angle of 45° echoes with the back arch, forming an obvious inverted “α” flame, which is beneficial to the inferior coal and has strong adaptability. The single return threaded smoke pipe is used in the barrel of coal burning boiler, which strengthens the heat transfer effect, and the threaded smoke pipe has the function of self-cleaning ash, which avoids the ash accumulation in the smoke pipe.
Coal-fired steam boiler adopts internal dust inertia separation, assisted by multi-pipe dust collector or cloth bag dust removal equipment. The boiler is equipped with automatic electric control system and complete monitoring instruments, which can realize automatic water replenishing, overpressure and overtemperature alarm, advanced remote control function, online monitoring of dosage, fault alarm and other functions. The main welds of this series of boiler products are all welded automatically, without repair record, to ensure the welding quality and improve the service life of the boiler. Tubesheet adopts advanced pressing technology to avoid tubesheet cracking.
Coal steam boiler supply body is single cylinder longitudinal type, and 105 φ57×3 threaded smoke pipes are arranged in the cylinder. Both sides of the furnace are arranged with light pipe water wall, the bottom side of the drum leads out “eight” shape water wall pipe, covered with firebricks to divide the furnace into two areas. The boiler running fuel enters the furnace through the hopper and the chain grate for combustion, and the flue gas generated along the bottom of the drum enters the convection tube bundle on the two wings through the outlet smoke window on the figure eight wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the energy saving device and dust collector, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the induced draft fan.
