Product Introduction：DZL series hot water boiler is composed of body, chain grate, front arch, back arch, light furnace wall, steel frame and insulation layer, etc. The body is composed of a pot shell, a smoke box, a water-wall tube, a descending tube and a lower collection box on both sides. The tube plate adopts a fully welded structure.
DZL Series Hot Water Boiler Description
Coal/biomass fired hot water boiler is horizontal single drum three return fire and water tube boiler, vertical layout of furnace tube wall light on both sides and airfoil flue, drum inside decorate a group of pipe, boiler drum, induced draft fan with mechanical ventilation, USES the compact hole grate combustion equipment, especially suitable for combustion of biomass granule. The fuel is automatically fed by the feeder. After burning, the flame passes through the back wall to the embers chamber, enters the airfoil flue upward, and then passes through the threaded smoke pipe of the front smoke box, and then through the energy saver (optional), air preheater (optional), and dust collector, and then is pumped to the chimney by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere.
DZL series of hot water boilers are arranged on both sides of the water wall to form a furnace and convection flue, the drum is arranged with a single return thread pipe, the end of the cast iron economizer. The front arch and back arch of water cooling are used in the furnace. The front arch is stepped and the rear arch is herringbone, making the arch coverage rate close to 85%, which is conducive to the burning of bituminous coal. Mechanical combustion is realized by using large – block chain grate. With drum induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and with slag discharging machine to achieve mechanical slag, control and monitoring instruments are complete.
DZL Series Hot Water Boiler Details
- The type of boiler is horizontal quick loading boiler with natural circulation of working medium: The boiler heat exchange system is composed of drum, left and right collecting boxes and water wall. The main heating surface is water wall of furnace chamber, part of drum and convection tube bundle in drum.
- Advanced design performance: The main heating surface pipe of the boiler is made of seamless steel tube for 20# low and medium pressure boiler, and the drum is made of special steel plate for boiler. The left and right collection boxes are made of seamless steel tubes.
- Boiler furnace arch is made of refractory concrete. The rear arch is low and long, so it burns well, and the flue flue and side wall tiles are made of refractory sintered bricks. The boiler front wall and back wall are made of general firebrick.
- Grate air distribution is reasonable, the combustion chamber is large, the applicability of coal is strong. Full combustion. Because the high temperature flue gas first enters the settlement chamber, and then enters the two flue flue and the front smoke box from both sides, the smoke and dust removal effect is good.
