Process and Standard
- The boiler is designed, manufactured, assembled, tested and accepted in strict accordance with national and industry standards, including but not limited to the following standards GB/T16507 “Water Tube Boiler”, TSG GO001 (Boiler Safety Design Supervision Regulations”, GB/17410 ” Organic Heat Carrier Furnace”, GB50273 “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Boiler Installation Engineering”
- The main steel used in the boiler adopts 20 GB/T3087 to ensure the safety and reliability of the boiler
- Select welding consumables in accordance with NB/T47018, use hydrogen protection full penetration welding for boiler tubes, and perform X-ray flaw detection and inspection in accordance with NB/T47013 “Non-destructive Inspection of Pressure Equipment”. Pressure test to ensure that the welding quality of each boiler meets the standard.
