YQ(Y)L Series Thermal Oil Boiler Description
The oil/gas thermal oil boiler is an assembled vertical boiler with forced circulation. This series of boiler body heating surface structure is compact, the heating surface by the inner and outer close row of the circular coil, the inner coil for radiation heating surface, the outer coil and the outer surface of the inner coil constitute convection heating surface. After the fuel is fully burned in the combustion chamber, most of the heat is absorbed by the radiant heating surface, and the high temperature flue gas enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After the fuel is discharged from the boiler, the smoke temperature is reduced through the energy saver, and the water of the energy saver can be used, thus achieving the effect of energy saving and environmental protection.

The liquid phase transports heat energy, obtaining stable heat conduction and accurate temperature value. Energy saving and environmental protection, flue gas emission concentration and noise are lower than the national standard. The gas heat conduction oil furnace tube arrangement adopts the structure of neither gas nor water storage, which has the advantages of small resistance, large flow rate and stable pressure in use. The inner wall of the tube is treated with special technology, and the heat conducting oil is not easy to coking, which is safe and durable.
