SZL Series Hot Water Boiler Description
The coal/biomass fired hot water boiler adopts the fast installation or assembly structure, 2~ 4T/H for the fast installation pipe structure, in the factory after all the assembly, 6~ 25T/H is composed of two large parts, the upper part of the large body heating surface, the lower part of the large part of the combustion equipment. Front end this series of hot water boiler for the arrangement of water wall all round, links for drum upper and lower part connected to the header of the combustion chamber, to absorb the furnace radiant heat, backend layout between water drum on intensive convection tube bundle, high temperature flue gas after combustion after secondary return lateral erosion convection heating surface to separate arrangement of economizer, finally into the filter through the chimneys.
20t/h assembled water tube boiler is composed of front furnace, rear furnace, convection tube bundle, economizer and chain grate, and assembled into a whole factory respectively. The boiler absorbs the advantages of quick loading boiler, compact structure, single-layer boiler room layout, convenient installation of sausage, short cycle, low cost, easy operation and other characteristics, this series of real gas boiler is suitable for industrial and domestic steam, the corresponding capacity of hot water boiler is suitable for industrial and civil heating.
SZL Series Hot Water Boiler Advantage
- SZL series boiler body design double drum, single layer layout, compact structure, heating area, boiler heating surface than the same type of products more than 10%, with sufficient output, safe and reliable, short construction period, low installation costs and other characteristics.
- The cyclone burning chamber in the furnace reduces the dust content of the flue gas, and the hot carbon black particles are further burned to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, reduce the blackness of the flue gas, and the fume emission concentration reaches the requirements of a class of environmental protection areas.

Coal/Biomass Hot Water Boiler Details
SZL series hot water boilers have high efficiency, strong overload capacity and wide adaptability to coal types. The boiler is mainly composed of upper and lower drum, convection tube bundle, water wall tube, down tube and collection box, upper and lower drum longitudinal arrangement, combustion equipment using chain belt type chain grate, driven by stepless variable speed device. The boiler body is composed of a longitudinal upper and lower drum and a convection tube bundle. There are water-cooled walls around the combustion chamber, and the front and rear arches are made of water-cooled walls as skeleton castable refractory castables. The service life of furnace arches is longer. The left and right sides of the body are all membrane type water wall structure, the boiler has good tightness, small heat dissipation loss and ensures the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
