Gas fired boiler maintenance, wet maintenance is generally applicable to the shutdown period of not more than a month of boiler. After the boiler is stopped, the water in the pot is exhausted, the scale and soot are removed, and all manholes, hand holes, valves and so on are closed, completely isolated from the operation of the boiler. Then add softening water to the lowest water level, and then use a special pump to inject the alkaline protection solution prepared into the boiler. The composition of the protective solution is: sodium hydroxide (also known as caustic soda) per ton of pot water plus 8-10kg, or sodium carbonate (also known as soda) per ton of pot water plus 20Kg, or trisodium phosphate per ton of water plus 20Kg. When all the protective solution is injected, open the water supply valve and fill the boiler with softened water until the water emerges from the air valve. Then close the air valve and water supply valve and open the special pump for water circulation, so that the solution is evenly mixed. The role of the protection solution is to make the heating surface of the boiler gradually form a layer of alkaline water film, so as to protect the heating surface from oxidation corrosion. During the whole maintenance period, to regular light oven, in order to keep the heating surface outside dry; To open the pump regularly for water circulation, so that the concentration of the solution is consistent; Periodically take the solution and test it. If the alkalinity decreases, it should be added. Take anti-freezing measures in winter.
Dry maintenance is suitable for a long time to stop the furnace, especially in summer out of use heating hot water boiler. After the boiler is stopped, the water in the pot is exhausted, the valve on the heating pipe, the water supply pipe and the sewage pipe is closed, or the partition is blocked, and the boiler in operation is completely isolated from other boilers. Then open the manhole to allow the drum to dry naturally. If the boiler room is wet, it is best to use the micro fire to the boiler body, and the furnace wall, the flue drying, and then the desiccant, such as lump calcium oxide, also known as quicklime according to the boiler volume per cubic meter plus 2-3kg, or with cloth bags hoisting in the drum, to absorb moisture. Finally, close all manholes and hand holes to prevent moist air from entering the boiler. After every half a month or so to check a heating surface without corrosion, and timely replacement of failure of desiccant.
