Key breakthroughs have been made in core technologies such as fractional combustion and FRG flue gas recirculation. Boiler adopts a number of safety alarm devices, excellent components and instrument lamp, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler, set up a variety of temperature, pressure collection points, water level detection lamp focus on real-time alarm or participate in the control. Five in one frequency conversion control technology and intelligent automatic operating system can design boiler operation control parameters. WNS series boiler water wall and ceiling superheater are the radiant heating surface of furnace. The working medium in WNS series boiler attracts the radiant heat of furnace and reduces the flame temperature to protect the furnace wall from being burned out. To prevent the molten ash from sticking to the heating surface in the flue, the flue gas flows upwards to the upper outlet of the furnace at a temperature lower than the melting point of the ash.
