Our r&d team continuously explores and practices, creatively combining ultra-low ammonia combustion technology with WNS boiler manufacturing technology. Key breakthroughs have been made in core technologies such as fractional combustion and FRG flue gas recirculation. Diesel boiler working principle is completely reasonable, clean combustion, no pollution emissions, sufficient output. WNS series boiler water wall and ceiling superheater are the radiant heating surface of furnace. The working medium in WNS series boiler attracts the radiant heat of furnace and reduces the flame temperature to protect the furnace wall from being burned out. To prevent the molten ash from sticking to the heating surface in the flue, the flue gas flows upwards to the upper outlet of the furnace at a temperature lower than the melting point of the ash.
