It now has Japanese air-jet looms, Italian rapier air-jet looms and corresponding supporting facilities, 100 circular knitting machines, two non-woven staple fiber production lines, printing and dyeing J 70 type cylinders wait for several sets of dyeing and finishing equipment. The gas organic carrier boiler adopts a vertical multi-circuit circular coil structure design. The boiler is composed of inner and outer coils, inlet and outlet headers and flue. It has the characteristics of strong safety, sufficient heating surface and high thermal efficiency. This series of thermal oil boiler adopts countercurrent heat exchange process, which has good heat transfer effect. The temperature difference between the boiler outlet flue gas temperature and the heat-conducting oil outlet temperature can be controlled at about 30℃. The tail is equipped with a preheater, and the boiler exhaust gas temperature can be 200℃.

The heating surface of the organic heat carrier boiler adopts close-packed circular coils, and the heating surface is arranged adequately, which reduces the heat load on the surface of the tube and makes the use of heat transfer oil safer. The furnace size matches the combustion flame, adopts positive pressure combustion, and has high radiation heat exchange efficiency. The gas organic carrier boiler has a compact structure, which greatly saves the area of the boiler room. An air preheater is installed at the tail of the boiler to improve boiler efficiency.

The organic heat carrier furnace is a new, safe, high-efficiency, energy-saving, low-pressure special furnace that can provide high-temperature heat. It uses heat transfer oil as the heat carrier and circulates the heat carrier through a hot oil pump to transfer heat to the heat-using equipment. Coal, heavy oil, light oil, combustible gas and other combustible materials are used as fuel, and heat transfer oil is used as heat carrier. The circulating oil pump is used to force the liquid phase to circulate, and the heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment, and then returned to the reheated DC special furnace.
