The biomass steam boiler is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part is the main pressure part of the boiler, including the drum, the header, the water wall pipe, the downcomer and the threaded smoke pipe in the drum. The lower part is the main combustion equipment of the boiler, including the grate and the air supply system. The upper and lower parts are connected by connection cards. The whole biomass fired boiler structure is manufactured in the manufacturing plant and transported as a whole.

This series of steam boiler drums have a total length of 6075mm, an inner diameter of φ1600mm, and a wall thickness of 18mm. The material is Q245R. The interior is equipped with water supply, bottom sewage and steam-water separation devices. The height of the front and rear tube sheets is 306mm, the inner diameter is 1600mm, and the wall thickness is 16mm. The total length of the straight section of the steam boiler drum is 6155mm, and the bottom sewage device is installed inside. The specification of the sewage pipe is PN1.6 DN50.

The lower part of the biomass steam boiler drum is composed of left and right headers, the header length is 6820mm, the outer diameter is φ219, the wall thickness is 8mm, and the material is 20# boiler tube. The left and right headers of the DZL series biomass boiler drum are connected by water-cooled wall tubes, and the water-cooled wall tubes are φ51×3.5mm. The water supply of the header is supplied by the descending pipe, and the descending pipe is connected to the drum and the bottom is connected to the header. The descending pipe is made of φ159×6, 20# carbon steel pipe. The biomass fired boiler structure reasonable design, and is provided with a ash cleaning door, a fire viewing hole, an inspection door and a fire door on the right side and rear of the main body. It is convenient for cleaning and inspection in the furnace and convection flue.

This series of boiler products adopts inertial separation of internal smoke and dust, supplemented by multi-tube dust collector or bag dust removal equipment. DZL steam boiler has fully automatic electronic control system and complete monitoring instruments. It can realize automatic water replenishment, overpressure and overtemperature alarm, advanced remote control function, online monitoring of consumption, fault alarm and other functions.

The fuel of this series of boiler products falls from the coal hopper to the grate, enters the furnace and burns, and the burning flame and high-temperature flue gas pass through the upper part of the rear arch to the ember chamber and transfer to the return convection tube bundle. Then go through the second and third convection tube bundle processes. The low-temperature flue gas from the exit of the third convection convection tube bundle passes through the economizer and is drawn by the induced draft fan to the chimney and discharged to the atmosphere.
