SZS25-1.25-YQ is a horizontal internal combustion gas fast-installed boiler with a wet back structure. The SZS25-1.25-YQ steam boiler is equipped with a complete automatic control device and safety protection device. The gas-fired steam boiler has high and low water level alarms and low water level interlocking protection functions. It also has steam overpressure alarm and interlock protection functions. The double-drum gas boiler is a typical double-drum vertical installation type “D” type quick-installed water tube boiler. It consists of upper and lower drums, membrane water wall, convection tube bundle and economizer. The burner of the SZS steam boiler is arranged on the front wall. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the bacon through the convection tube bundle and the economizer.
The SZS25-1.25-YQ steam boiler has a larger furnace, with a low-emission burner, and the Nox is as low as 30mg/Nm3. This series of steam boiler flue and boiler flue gas outlets adopt internal insulation measures, which effectively reduces the noise during boiler operation. The combustion chamber adopts a full-membrane water wall structure, adopts slight positive pressure combustion, no smoke problems, and no pollution to the operating environment.
The gas-fired steam boiler uses high-quality aluminum silicate fiber, and then uses refractory mud for heat preservation. The temperature of the furnace body is controlled below 45°C, which effectively controls the heat loss. The combustion chamber of the gas-fired steam boiler adopts a narrow-pitch tube-membrane water-cooled wall. It has good air tightness, reduces heat loss, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The observation hole of this series of boilers adopts formed high-aluminum refractory material and manhole cover sealing device. The problem of overheating this part when building with refractory bricks is changed.
The superheater of SZS series steam boiler adopts countercurrent arrangement, and adopts surface type desuperheater to meet the requirements of steam temperature regulation. In order to prevent the superheater tube wall from overheating, the surface desuperheater is arranged at the superheated steam inlet to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the superheater.
The SZS25-1.25-YQ steam boiler is equipped with an economizer at the end to save energy to the greatest extent. This series of steam boilers realize the matching of “boiler” and “furnace”. In the design process, the influence of various parameters such as flue gas velocity, steam/water circulation characteristics, flue gas flow state, flue gas flushing heating surface form, and equipment flue gas pressure loss on heat transfer efficiency and safety is comprehensively considered. Optimize the structure design and material selection of the heating surface of radiation, convection and tail waste heat recovery.
