Coal fired traveling grate boiler is thermal equipment that burns coal to obtain heat, heats water to a certain temperature, and produces and outputs steam. With increasing awareness of environmental protection and the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction in various regions, coal-fired boilers have been banned due to the large amount of polluting gases produced during operation. There are three series of coal fired boilers, namely DZL series chain grate boiler, DHL series chain grate boiler and SZL series coal fired boiler. The three series have different structures to meet customers’ demands for different boiler fuels.
DZL series is a horizontal 3 pass boiler, the boiler body is a single boiler barrel vertical chain grate boiler, the boiler barrel is arranged with threaded fireworks tube to form a convection heating surface, the thermal efficiency is higher than the industry data, the measured energy efficiency is as high as 82%, the boiler adopts fast installation, assembly, semi-assembly factory, transportation, installation cycle and cost to reduce more than 30%.
SZL series coal-fired water tube steam boiler is a double boiler tube vertical chain grate boiler. The boiler body is composed of longitudinally placed upper and lower boiler barrel and convection tube bundles. The left and right sides of the combustion chamber are equipped with light pipe and water wall pipe. There is a soda water separation device and a surface blowdown device in the upper pot, and a regular blowdown device in the lower pot. Economizer is arranged at the rear of the boiler. The combustion part adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with spiral slag extruder to realize automatic slag discharge.
