One set of 40 tph gas water tube boiler is successfully shipping to Turkmenistan within a relatively short period, which is filled with the efforts of all staff.

The kind of gas-fired steam boiler is designed to help a large refinery in Turkmenistan reduce the energy consumption while ensuring production line running smoothly. The steam is used for oil refinery processes, including crude distillation, thermal cracking, catalytic cracking and purification. Based on the actual requirements, ZOZEN has provided a 40 tph tailored-made gas water tube boiler for the refinery. The boiler features high efficiency and low consumption. The furnace is large and the heating surface is sufficient, which can make the fuel fully burned. The thermal efficiency can reach above 98%.

The general manager Mr Zhang Guoping pays much attention to this project and requires the workers to push forward the projects strictly in accordance with the production plan. After more than three month’s hard work, ZOZEN successfully completed the production of this boiler, which conforms to the ASME standard. The delivery date is exactly one month ahead of the contract. At the same time, ZOZEN has organized professional installation team and engineers to Turkmenistan for the installation guidance and training.

This project is of great significance to ZOZEN, promoting ZOZEN’s development in Central Asia and building a strong foundation in future international development.

The pressure body of gas water tube boiler is in good stress condition, the drum and other important pressure components are not directly affected by high temperature flame radiation and erosion, the pressure components can expand freely, the thermal stress is small, and the higher safety margin is achieved. The whole steam boiler is divided into the body and economizer and other accessories, the body is composed of a furnace and a single loop convection heating surface, economizer is integrated transportation, to achieve the whole factory, to ensure the quality of the boiler. Small positive pressure combustion, small smoke wind resistance. The boiler smoke and air system is only equipped with blower, and the furnace is under micro positive pressure to reduce the air leakage of the boiler and improve the efficiency of the boiler.
